Skilled One

Some people simply have a natural finesse, a flair if you will, with abilities. Much as others do not feel comfortable without a blade hilt 'twixt their hands, so too do the Skilled Ones feel without a set of tools in their hands. Tinkerers, scientists, historians, guildsmen... many are Skilled Ones.

Skilled One (SkO) is a class primarily intended for NPC characters, due to its essentially non-combat focus. It is for those who wish to improve themselves in other manners without learning an adventurer's life.

Prerequisites:
To qualify to become a Skilled One, a character must fulfill the following criteria:
Feats: Skill Focus (Any)
Skills: 10 Ranks of any 3 Skills.

Class Skills:
Special; see below.

Skill Points per level: 10 + Int Modifier.

Class Features: All of the following are class features for the Skilled One prestige class:

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The Skilled One gains use of all simple weapons, shields, and light armor if he did not already have those proficiencies from a previous class.

Skill Focus: The Skilled One gets Skill Focus, as the feat, every level. He must still meet all prerequisites for this feat.

Master of Skills: Pick any 10 skills (other than Iaijitsu Focus, or any other specific skills at your DM's discretion) when you first take this class. They are all class skills, as are any skills you may have from previous classes.

Bonus Feat: The Skilled One may select any feat he meets the prerequisites for at every other level, starting at level 1.

Skill Mastery: Pick a number of skills equal to the Skilled One's Int Modifier. Give a +3 to all checks with that skill. (Stacks with itself and Skill Focus).

Master of All Trades:  The Skilled One may choose a number of skills equal to his Int Modifier added to his Wis Modified. When using these skills, he may ALWAYS take 10, no matter the circumstances.
